IS Services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

IS Services are pleased to make available a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which will be updated on a monthly basis.  KPIs are used as a measure of performance in different areas, for example measuring the availability of the staff email service in College or the amount of viruses being detected and deleted with no impact on the end user.
