Windows 8.1 and Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9) now supported on the TCDconnect service

Mac OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) and Microsoft Windows 8.1 are now recognised when registering for the student TCDconnect service.  Since the release of these operating systems earlier this term, IS Services have evaluated and tested them to ensure they are compatible with College IT infrastructure and systems for those using the TCDconnect service.

If you are using these operating systems and experience any issues registering for the TCDconnect service or using College IT systems when connected to the TCDconnect service then please contact the IS Services Helpdesk.

Staff and postgraduates should note that these operating systems are still being evaluated for compatibility for those connected to the network in College offices and labs, and the staff wireless network.
