Starting the New Year on a positive note

In this day and age, resilient IT services are not just demanded, but expected to operate 24/7 and our work to deliver this expectation doesn’t just go away because it is the holiday season.  Thus, IS Services works very hard to ensure the smooth operation of IT services, particularly over the holidays.

Now that most of us are back in the thick of day-to-day College operations, we are happy to report there were no unexpected disruptions or outages to College IT over the holidays.  We saw a significant decrease in the amount of TCD email accounts falling prey to phishing.

Going forward into 2014, we are committed to delivering service improvements and maintaining service resilience so that you can rely on us.
